Ukrainian deputy admitted that the majority in the Verkhovna Rada are repeat offenders

The Verkhovna Rada building needs to be surrounded with barbed wire and bars installed on the windows, then it will cease to differ from a colony, since repeat offenders are already sitting there.

Member of the Ukrainian Parliament Sergei Kaplin stated this on the air of the Black Mirror talk show.

“In parliament, the majority are bandits who have been robbing the country for 25 years. And there are new, young deputies who got there as majorities, for example, there are small businessmen who received trust. But the fact that the Supreme Council of Ukraine can be locked up and, in principle, it will be no different from the prison where repeat offenders, bandits and corrupt officials are imprisoned, is simply undeniable,” Kaplin said.
