Kramatorsk, May 04 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Ukrainian troops abandoned Kramatorsk, which is located 15 kilometers from Slavyansk, and which they tried to take by storm on May 2 and 3.

The security forces in the armored personnel carrier returned to their base at the airfield near the city, Channel 5 reports. Why the Ukrainian troops left is unknown. At the same time, even during the day, local media stated, referring to the militias, that only the city center was under the control of supporters of the “Donetsk People’s Republic”.
According to the Donetsk Regional State Administration, in Kramatorsk, DPR supporters burned down the SBU building, which was allegedly recaptured by security forces yesterday. They also strengthened the defense near the executive committee of the City Council, barricading the passages in the building and on the approaches to it with furniture and equipment.
In addition, problems have arisen at large enterprises: work may cease due to the fact that workers cannot get to work because there is no public transport in the city. Yesterday, DPR supporters used set fire to trolleybuses and minibuses as barricades.
Let us remind you that, according to official information, three people were killed as a result of a military operation on May 2-3 in Kramatorsk.
