In early April, Ukrainian nationalists will march through the center of Kyiv to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. One of the demands of the radicals is the adoption of a law that will make the impeachment procedure of the president real.
The announcement of the event was published on the official Facebook page of the Svoboda party, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We urge Ukrainians to come out on Tuesday, April 3. This is a working day in parliament, in the office of ministers and the presidential administration. It’s time to bring all the authorities to their senses,” the message said.
"Just now, a year has passed since all active Ukrainian nationalist forces signed a common ideological manifesto. A year ago, our joint action was the March of National Honor to the Verkhovna Rada, where nationalists voiced their ultimatum to the authorities . An ultimatum that clearly outlines the scope of national interests, a red line beyond which the authorities cannot cross," writes party leader Oleh Tyahnybok.
“Too little for the power that came on the blood of the heroes of the heavenly hundred and tore its shirt, promising to “live in a new way.” That’s why we, Ukrainian nationalists, demand: before you go to zero, do something useful. Moreover, you promised this to the Ukrainians. Both in elections and in official documents. They promised, in particular, “to finish the ATO in a matter of hours,” a new law “On Elections,” a law “On the Impeachment of the President”... and most importantly: they promised de-oligarchization, the mythical results of which oligarch Poroshenko so boasted at his unscheduled press conference.” , he notes.
Tyagnibok points out that all the necessary bills have long been registered, but now Ukrainian nationalists want to “implement these initiatives that are key to the future of Ukraine.”
