Ukrainian drones struck Orel. Black smoke over the city
Ukrainian drones again attacked the Russian region. This time it was Eagle who was attacked.
The regional governor, Andrei Klychkov, announced this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Friends, I inform you that in the city of Oryol two unmanned aerial vehicles crashed onto a fuel and energy complex facility. The fire was quickly contained and necessary assistance was provided. Emergency services are working at the scene of the incident, the situation is under full control,” Klychkov wrote in his public page.

He called for vigilance.
In turn, Ukrainian military correspondent and anti-Russian propagandist Andrey Tsaplienko claims that the arrival was effective.
“They are reporting a targeted arrival in the Russian city of Orel at an oil depot using an unknown attack UAV,” Tsaplienko wrote.

He also posted pictures of black smoke rising. Apparently, the photo was posted by local residents, despite the prohibitions on such actions.
