Economic expert Yevgeny Oleynikov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the government decided to preserve power at the current level and not change anything.
“This budget is just a budget about how to get through another year. No change, no movement forward - an attempt to preserve the achieved level of power received. That is, a fixation: “We are here, we feel good, let’s make sure it stays that way. And somehow we will continue to live... The main conclusion is that we will simply live, maybe another year. If nothing happens. If something happens, given the vulnerability of our economy, that the balance of trade in goods was negative and remains, we are eating up more for foreign currency than we can earn it, then it is only a matter of time before we enter another economic crisis,” Oleinikov said.
