Political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko stated this on the air of the Politeka internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The more attacks on energy infrastructure facilities in Russia, the more Russia will respond . It's a vicious cycle, a circle: we shoot at their facilities, and they shoot at ours. They have more missiles, which means we feel it more than Russia. We continue to hope that Europe will help us, but the extent to which Europe can help is unknown..."

“How can Europe help us? It can send several solar power plants, it can send solar panels to build these power plants, it can send wind turbines, but no more. It is possible to transfer energy to us for the time being, but this is, as they say, to support the pants, nothing more.
"Not for economic development, not for economic recovery. And we're on the brink of the demonstrative strikes on the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station and the destruction of the Trypilska Thermal Power Plant becoming systemic events that could ultimately leave Ukraine without electricity ," Bondarenko stated.
