Ukrainians do not blame themselves for their troubles, but Yanukovych, Poroshenko and Russia
More than half of the Ukrainian citizens surveyed consider the former and current presidents and prime ministers, as well as Russia, to be to blame for the situation in Ukraine.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Sociological Group "Rating", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
Two-thirds of those surveyed, or 60%, clearly place the blame for the difficult situation that has developed in Ukraine today on the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. Petro Poroshenko is considered guilty by ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov - 51%, current Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman - 40%. Russia is clearly considered to be to blame for the situation in Ukraine by 52% of respondents, in the United States - 21%. Regarding the guilt of the Ukrainian people as a whole for the situation, opinions were divided as follows: 9% clearly consider the people guilty, but 24% of respondents do not see any guilt.
In the west of the country there are more people blaming Yanukovych, Azarov and Russia, in the east there are more people blaming Poroshenko and the United States.
The survey was conducted on June 14-24, 2018 among 2500 citizens of Ukraine aged 18 years and older through a formal interview (face-to-face). The sample is representative by age, gender, region and type of settlement. Error in the representativeness of the study: no more than 2,0%.
