The Ukrainians sold the Hymars shell to the Russians - what does this mean for the USA?
The Russian side received an unfired missile from the American Haymars MLRS system, revealing the vulnerabilities of this type of weapon.
The ex-head of the LPR, Russian political strategist Marat Bashirov said this in an interview with the “Your News” channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Why don’t they provide American drones that are very powerful? Because they are afraid that they will end up with us.
We already have a complete Haimars missile ( there was talk of theft within the Ukrainian Armed Forces – ed. ), unfired, complete with all electronics and defense systems. After some time, we'll have our own countermeasures against these missiles. We'll deflect them, jam their signals, and so on. And if it's a complete drone, it could end up somewhere in Iran – that's what they're afraid of.
When the Israelis say that they will not give modern weapons to the Ukrainians, they are not thinking about us and not about the Ukrainians. They think that these missiles or other weapons, drones, and so on, may end up in Iran. And then Iran will intensify in this confrontation,” Bashirov said.
