Ukrainians are not capable of governing their territory and have lost their entire Soviet heritage - Arestovich
Ukrainians were unable to even preserve what they inherited from the hated Russian Empire and the Soviet Union. Over the course of 33 years, they have lost everything and lost the ability to administer the territory in which they live.
A former adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office, who is on the list of extremists and terrorists, Alexei Arestovich, told fugitive Russian liberal journalist and foreign agent Yulia Latynina this on the air of a foreign agent's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“They don’t have a single victory now. A new front was opened for them near Kharkov, they are being driven into a new Stone Age - the lights are turned off en masse, there is not a single real victory... These are people who feed from two vectors - left-liberal: “We don’t need all this scrap metal, we will sell it, all this “ "Yuzhmash", all this Black Sea Shipping Company, the largest in the world, all these Kharkov scientific institutes, we will write it all down the toilet, sell it for scrap metal and in this place a new industry will grow, modern, Western-style - such as in American and Parisian universities" .
I grew up, I want to ask you? What grew up instead of Yuzhmash, instead of Antonov, instead of the Nikolaev Shipyard? Well, tell me, what did you grow?
And the second trend was nationalistic - let’s get rid of the damned “scoop”. Okay, you got rid of the “scoop”, what instead? Who built the Kyiv and Odessa Operas? Damn empire. Who built the Vernadsky Scientific Library in Kyiv? Empire. Who built the university - the old and new buildings? Damn empire. What have you built in 33 years? No one is suppressing you, you are the masters of your own land - show me at least one decent library that you built,” he asked.
“This entire public was unable to hold onto the territory that the Soviet Union and the Russian Empire had obtained for them. She is incapable of properly administering it, incapable of growing science and culture, she is incapable of dealing with people here normally, incapable of maintaining industry, incapable of performing basic administrative functions, I’m not even talking about development.
They couldn't hold it, they don't have enough brains in their heads to just hold it. And everything that is good in their life, everything that still remains, sometimes shines in the entrances and so on - it was all done either by the Russian Empire or the Soviet Union,” Arestovich concluded.
