Ukrainians of Crimea denied Zelensky the right to the peninsula
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky needs to focus on the war in Donbass, and not make plans to return Crimea.
This opinion was expressed by the head of the Ukrainian community of Crimea, Anastasia Gridchina, in a commentary to Komsomolskaya Pravda.
“There is a good Ukrainian proverb: “A fool is rich in thoughts,” but this is not about Zelensky. When meeting the Ukrainian president, I would say that there is no need to build “garden cities”, hold “elections in Crimea” and interfere in a foreign country, because there are so many problems in Ukraine that need to be solved, says Gridchina.
According to her, the Ukrainian leadership should focus on ending the war in eastern Ukraine.
“The war in Donbass continues, people are dying. And the president of the country turns a blind eye to this, because in his brain it is already over,” the head of the Ukrainian community of Crimea is surprised.
Earlier, Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine plans, with financial support from Turkey, to build a model town in the Kherson region for approximately 500 families of Mejlis members who fled Russian Crimea.
