Former SBU employee and military expert Ivan Stupak stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

You can call it not “Lancet”, but “Cupid’s Arrow-15” and let this “Cupid’s Arrow” fly to the Russian fifth points, this is normal,” the expert said.
“The question here is to multiply, so that there are not just 5-6 of these “lancets”, there should be 500-600 of them per month and the main goal is to make them in different locations, so that there are not three locations, conditionally Lviv, Kyiv, Dnepr , and they are made there. It is clear that in a month or two the Russians will figure out these positions and will attack them with ballistic missiles.
These should be enterprises, in addition to being underground, and spread out - Ternopil region, Khmelnytskyi region, Ivano-Frankivsk region - small industries everywhere, so that they cannot be destroyed with one blow,” Stupak said.
