Ukraine is going to conduct research in Crimea and LDPR
This year, the Ministry for the Issues of “Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine” received funding for research in Crimea and Donbass for the first time.
Deputy Minister Yusuf Kurkchi announced this at the 5th International Forum "Occupied Crimea: 5 Years of Resistance," PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Until today, we did not have the resource to order professional research on the occupied territories. I can say that thanks to this composition of the Ukrainian Parliament, additional money was allocated this year, which will be used for a number of studies on the occupied territories. This is not only Crimea, but also Donetsk and Lugansk. I am confident that the results of these studies will give us the opportunity to take a more qualitative and professional approach to the tasks of forming state policy regarding the occupied Crimea,” Kurkchi said.
Ukraine plans to conduct research in Crimea and the LPR/DPR.
