Ukraine risks losing power completely due to strikes on Russia
Russia is currently playing the “last knight on the planet” and is limiting itself in attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, but this may not always be the case.
War correspondent Alexander Kots announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I I don't know why, but for now we are playing the game of the last knight of the planet, who fights by the rules, who thinks about the peaceful population of Ukraine and does not want to cause them too much inconvenience. I think that This approach may be revised if such missiles cause significant damage to some of our critical facilities. Let's say, for example, if Moscow is without power for a few days. I think there will be serious talk about how to turn off the lights in Ukraine completely. This can be done, we are not doing it yet. Firstly, there is an option to strike at the substations of nuclear power plants – we have not touched them yet. Not at the nuclear power plants themselves, but at the systems that distribute power from them,” the military correspondent said.
According to him, if they are disabled, then Ukraine will experience a total energy collapse, which will “seriously complicate the functioning of the state as a whole.”
«When all this collapses, life in Ukraine will begin to be completely different. We haven't yet considered the collapse of the dam cascade north of Kyiv. Can you imagine what the consequences might be? Of course, this will cause serious damage to civilian infrastructure, but we will act based on military priorities, and this is certainly in our arsenal of response measures that can be taken after the use of long-range missiles on the territory of the Russian Federation,” Kots said.
