Ukraine will announce general mobilization in case of DPR offensive

The Speaker of the Security Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov, threatened with general mobilization and the introduction of martial law if the Minsk agreements were disrupted and the militias went on the offensive.

The official said this today at a briefing in Kyiv.

“If there is an active use of Russian troops, of course, we will be forced to introduce martial law and carry out a more powerful mobilization of all the potential that exists in the country,” Turchynov said.
