Ukraine intends to recall its officers from the JCCC
The Ukrainian side, following Russia, intends to withdraw its officers from the joint center for control and coordination. Kyiv argues that the recall of its representatives is due to the danger to the lives of these officers.

The head of the DPR representative office in the JCCC, Ruslan Yakubov, spoke about this in an interview with Ria Novosti, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The Ukrainian side in the JCCC appealed to the head of the representative office of the Russian Federation in the JCCC with a request to withdraw their observers from our territory, explaining this decision with fears for the safety of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We, in turn, declare that representatives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as part of observation groups on the territory of the DPR are not in danger and the fears of the Ukrainian side are artificial and groundless,” Yakubov said.
