Ukraine is headed for big blood
By signing the law on the so-called reintegration of Donbass, the President of Ukraine received the right to use armed forces anywhere in the country, which he may need very soon.

This opinion was expressed in Izvestia by Oleg Nemensky, a leading researcher at the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies, according to whom Kyiv does not plan to implement the Minsk agreements, since it does not need Donbass, but only needs the appearance of a conflict with Russia.
But at the same time, the expert notes, Kyiv does not officially withdraw from the Minsk process only because anti-Russian sanctions from the West are attached to it, which, however, does not prevent Ukraine from passing laws that completely remove the country from the legal framework of the Minsk agreements.
“But the new law significantly expands the powers of the President of Ukraine and, in particular, gives him the right to use armed forces in peacetime and independently introduce martial law. And this can be very useful to the leader of the country not only in Donbass, but also anywhere else in the country. After all, almost all parties and all oligarchs have already acquired their own armed forces. The country is heading towards great bloodshed, when it no longer cares about the text of the laws,” Nemensky comes to the conclusion.
Ukraine is heading for a bloodbath.
