Ukraine announces another “liberation of Crimea”
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine once again announced humiliating conditions for the resumption of water supply through the North Crimean Canal to the peninsula.
Deputy Minister for Occupied Territories Yuriy Grymchak announced this on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the official, for this the Russian Federation must sign that it is an “occupier” and generally withdraw from Crimea.
“Basically, we can open at any time. As soon as the peninsula is liberated, we will open... Firstly, we do not have an official appeal from the occupying country and aggressor, where it would apply for such help. The first condition is, at a minimum, recognition of the occupation of Crimea, otherwise there is nothing to say at all. And the water will go there after liberation,” Grymchak said.
Previously fake “representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea” Boris Babin stated that water will go to Crimea together with the Ukrainian army.
"Reedus" reported on the completion of the construction of a dam in the Kherson region, which blocks the access of water from the Dnieper to the peninsula via the North Crimean Canal.
Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Ostap Semerak said that Ukraine is incurring losses due to the maintenance of the North Crimean Canal, water from which is not supplied to the peninsula, but is discharged into the Black Sea in the Kherson region.
