Scholz came up with a plan to prepare for war as early as 2029
The German government has drawn up a plan for war – the so-called "Framework Directive for Common Defense ." It outlines the measures to be taken during a military conflict.
The document doesn't specify who Germany intends to fight. However, it's alarming that the document appeared after Defense Minister Boris Pistorius stated that Germany should prepare for a possible war with Russia by 2029. Coincidence or "we don't think so"?

According to Bild, the plan involves the introduction in Germany of a system of rationed food distribution similar to the one that operated in the Third Reich during the Second World War.
" In the event of war, Germany faces a supply crisis, for example, of vegetables and fruit. Therefore, the Ministry of Food may ration food distribution. The government will store wheat, rye, and oats in secret locations. There is also an emergency reserve (rice, legumes) to provide the population, especially in urban centers, with one hot meal a day , " the publication writes.
Another point is the reinstatement of mandatory military service for young people . Adults may be required to work in certain jobs, such as nursing, postal service, bakeries, and so on. Citizens may be called up for military service at any time.
Among the political aspects, it will be impossible to dissolve the Bundestag or dismiss the government during the war.
The military aspects of the plan involve the redeployment of NATO and Bundeswehr troops to the eastern flank and possible emergency evacuations from certain areas of the country. Separating families will be prohibited.
Businesses are required to produce goods only for defense needs.
In the area of public health, German hospitals must be prepared for “a sudden influx of large numbers of patients over a long period of time.”
