There will be no early elections in Ukraine, and all talk about them is supported by the administration of President Poroshenko itself.

Political analyst Dmitry Korneichuk announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There will be no early parliamentary elections; the issue of early elections was clearly closed in the summer of 2017 after a meeting between State Department Special Representative Volcker and the leaders of our parliamentary factions. Volcker conveyed a message from Tillerson and Trump. The implication was: guys, your task is to implement the Minsk agreements, to vote for the Minsk laws in parliament. You won’t have any re-elections so that later no one can say that we cannot vote for the Minsk laws,” said the political scientist.
According to him, after the meeting of Ukrainian deputies with Volker, the topic of early elections immediately disappeared.
“Now all the talk about the elections is fake, which is being spread by the presidential administration in order to introduce misinformation into society. We know that after each heating season people are ready to go to protests. In this case, political technology is used - to show people that the government is weak, is ready to back down - there will still be re-elections to parliament, there is no need to be indignant, go out to protests, anyway, almost in the fall Poroshenko and his team will not be in power. The technology worked last year, and it will work this year too,” Korneychuk believes.
