Poroshenko is shocked: the OSCE has accused Kyiv of violating the Minsk agreements
In the West, support for Ukraine is becoming less and less, ex-head of the SBU, representative of Ukraine in the Minsk negotiating group, Yevgeny Marchuk, said in an interview with LIGA.net,

He noted that after the aggravation in Avdeevka, “nothing sharp or harsh has been observed from the West” against Russia.
“Unfortunately, the reality is that in the Western community, support for Ukraine is softening under the weight of objective circumstances related to the internal politics of each individual country,” says the publication’s interlocutor.
At the same time, he believes that Ukraine should demand an increase in the size of the existing OSCE mission and improvement of its equipment with technical means.
“After all, all false accusations against Ukraine about violations of the Minsk process, including in Avdiivka, are possible largely due to the low efficiency of the OSCE mission - they do not work at night for reasons of personnel safety,” Marchuk asserts. “When there is shelling, there are few of them, and there are only six recording cameras along the entire line of contact of 426 kilometers.”
At the same time, the representative of Ukraine in the Minsk contact group noted that according to OSCE reports, “all world leaders are working and forming an opinion on the war.”
“No matter how much we want, for the West, OSCE reports will always be more objective and more important than ours, and, fortunately, than Russian ones,” Marchuk concluded.
