Sevastopol, July 29 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – Former deputy chief editor of the military newspaper “Flag of the Motherland” Sergei Gorbachev has been appointed to the post of head of the department of information policy and information resources of the government of Sevastopol instead of Dmitry Zhukov, who resigned earlier.

According to Gorbachev, the format of interaction with the media will change - “the press should be present everywhere and always.” It was also decided to invite journalists to all staff meetings in the government, which was not the case before.
In addition, regular general meetings are planned with the chief editors of the media to discuss problems.
Gorbachev is the scientific secretary of the military-scientific society of the Black Sea Fleet, a candidate of political sciences, and also the chairman of the Sevastopol branch of the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation.
