The ex-head of the Luhansk regional administration and regional tax service, Alexander Antipov, suffered a heart attack in a pre-trial detention center.

Antipov's lawyer, Igor Chudovsky, reported this on his Facebook page.

“I just met with my client Antipov in the temporary detention center of the GUNP Kyiv. My state of health worries me, I had a heart attack at night, an ambulance came to the temporary detention center because there are no cardiologists in the temporary detention facility,” Chudovsky said.

According to him, the defense is preparing an appeal against the court decision to arrest Antipov and an appeal to the Ombudsman.
