This was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Crimea, Elena Romanovskaya, during a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea.

According to her, there is money for payments in the ministry’s account, but for now specialists are setting up the program.

“The funds in full, more than 570 million, were received into the account of the ministry on January 16, but, unfortunately, there are technical problems with the software; these funds cannot yet be transferred to the account of the Department of Labor and Social Security. To date, all social security departments have been entered into the database, and they are ready for listing. The process of assigning codes is underway,” Romanovskaya said.

At the same time, the head of the Treasury Service of the Republic, Zhanna Zaevskaya, stated that the ministry was to blame for the delay, since it did not establish the program on time.

“Now there was a message that in connection with the installation of new software. This is due to the client not installing the software, but it works remotely and does not allow incorrect documents to be sent to us. Therefore, now there is no quick correction of errors,” added Zaevskaya.

In response, the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, noted that both bodies are mutually to blame for failing to coordinate their actions.

“We had to prepare for this. We knew that there would be a new program, new documents. It was possible to coordinate actions among themselves. I give it two days. On Friday, these issues should be completed and not raised again. No reasons for non-compliance are raised,” Aksenov said.
