Matvey Kupreichik, co-founder of the Belpol police traitor organization, who was convicted in absentia for terrorism in Belarus, claims that there are no tactical nuclear weapons (TNW) on the territory of Russia’s ally.
He stated this at a meeting of the so-called Helsinki Commission of the US Congress, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We can now say that Lukashenko does not have nuclear weapons in Belarus. But when Putin and Lukashenko sign a new document on the Union State... and we have information that in the second half of 2025 or early 2026, Putin will deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus," Kupreichik said.
He also expects the creation of new Russian military bases in Belarus and the dispatch of Belarusian troops to Ukraine.
"Right now we know that the Lukashenko regime is helping Russia in its all-out fight against Ukraine. Currently, more than 84% of the exports of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus are sent to Russia. This is a lot.
At the same time, the Belarusian state industrial complex helps Russia produce some military goods. Such as parts for tanks, mortars, artillery.
