The press service of the National Security and Defense Council reported this.

“Blood is being shed again in France. I express my deepest condolences to the families of those killed and injured in the terrible terrorist attack in Nice. Innocent people who took to the streets on a holiday instantly turned into victims. Victims of stupid and blind aggression, anger that hates light and reason, hates life itself. You cannot come to terms with terrorists, you cannot negotiate with them. Terrorism can only be destroyed, regardless of where the terrorists are: in Western Europe or in eastern Ukraine,” he said.
