“Total kleptomania”: KGB veteran stunned by the level of theft in the Rada
If previously Ukrainian deputies in parliament stole in moderation, now they have been replaced by people who have absolutely no moral principles.
This was stated by former KGB foreign intelligence officer and associate professor of psychology at Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, Oleksandr Zelenko, on the air of the video blog "Visiting Gordon," as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.

He believes that “total kleptomania” is flourishing in the Ukrainian government.
“This is already a pathology, we really need to talk about a mental disorder. Stealing is simply pointless, without any goals, just steal for the sake of it. This is a classic disease of the entire Ukrainian government since 1991,” Zelenko said.
According to him, the concentration of kleptomaniacs in the Ukrainian parliament “is confidently approaching the maximum figure.”
“Previously, semi-business executives, semi-party leaders came and stole in moderation, more or less competently, cunningly and not all, so that the system would somehow exist. Degeneration was taking place. And today we have not the last stage of evolution, when people who have never had education, intelligence, or conscience come to power. They saw a lot of money, which they reflexively, like ciliates, grab,” added the associate professor.
He characterizes the principle that guides these politicians as “saw, grabbed, stole.”
“Everything that is mine is mine, everything that is yours is also mine. Actually, we have whoever we chose. We need to talk about mental degradation. There must be a radical cleansing of the Ukrainian government,” Zelenko emphasized.
