This was reported by the press service of the Ternopil region police, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The guy climbed onto the carriage to take a photo. He came within two meters of the high-voltage wires and was electrocuted. As a result, a current of twenty-seven thousand volts passed through his body. The accident happened around 18:00.
“We received a message that a person was burning on a carriage on Novy Svet Street. Arriving there, we saw an ambulance team and the State Emergency Service who were removing a minor from the carriage. After that, an ambulance, accompanied by police, transported the victim to the hospital,” the police said.
According to the track worker, they were working nearby and at some point heard a strong sound similar to an explosion. Subsequently, they realized that there was a stranger on the carriage who had been electrocuted. Rescuers and doctors were called by eyewitnesses to the disaster.
Doctors say that the child’s life is not in danger, although the extreme selfie lover received significant burns.
