Simferopol, June 02 (navigator, Evgeny Andreev) - In the Republic of Crimea there are no problems with cash rubles, including small change.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rustam Temirgaliev reported this on his Facebook page.
“Crimea has completely switched to the Russian ruble. There are 350 bank branches on the peninsula, and a network of ATMs is being deployed. There is enough ruble cash in Crimea, including small change. Crimeans can freely exchange hryvnia for rubles at any bank branch or currency exchange office,” the official wrote.
Meanwhile, in reality, Crimeans are faced with a clear shortage of rubles, especially small ones, in shops, cafes and markets. So, last Sunday in one of the supermarkets in Simferopol, a Navigator correspondent witnessed how customers near the cash registers were forced to refuse the selected product due to the inability to get change.
“We brought some change on Saturday, but it was already gone,” said the cashier.
People try to make big purchases, but it doesn't always work out.
