Nikolaev, May 14 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine overturned the decision of the Economic Court of the Nikolaev region to declare OJSC Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant Ocean bankrupt and open a liquidation procedure.

As the press service of the Nikolaev Regional State Administration reported, the corresponding resolution was adopted on May 13.

In addition, the economic court of the Nikolaev region is processing a complaint against the actions of the liquidator of the Okean plant, arbitration manager Nikolai Khailo.

Let us remind you that on November 1, the Economic Court of the Nikolaev Region declared the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant “Ocean” bankrupt and opened a liquidation procedure. There are 74 creditors of the plant listed in the case.

As Navigator reported, at the beginning of May, Verkhovna Rada deputy, owner of Smart-Holding, which took over the management of Ocean, “regional” Vadim Novinsky, was summoned by the prosecutor’s office in connection with wage arrears at the plant.
