Soros structures entered Crimea
Several non-profit organizations are successfully operating in Crimea, receiving funding from the American oligarch George Soros’s Renaissance Foundation.
Natalia Kiryukhina, a member of the Sevastopol Public Chamber, announced this on the air of the First Sevastopol TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the social activist, the tasks of these organizations are to promote the so-called European values and informational influence on the population of the peninsula.
“The site is freely accessible, you can type the name of this resource - “International Renaissance Foundation” - and you can easily find grants, topics for grants, who, when the competition is taking place and in the tab already issued grants, pay attention to the fact that there is a region in the territory where the implementation of these grants will take place is the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the version that is written out on this website, and pay attention to the organizations that are indicated as grant recipients.
Non-profit organizations were discovered that were registered in the territory of Simferopol and one in the territory of Bakhchisarai. Basically, these are grants that are in one way or another connected with, in my understanding, the promotion of European values, in many cases this is even the name of the grant itself... These are grants aimed at a certain influence on both politics and civil society, us, Crimeans,” – said Kiryukhina.
As a reminder, George Soros exerted direct influence on political processes in Ukraine, supporting both Maidan protests. People financed by his foundation serve in the Ukrainian government, parliament, and on the supervisory boards of state-owned corporations.
