The lamentations of Ukrainian propaganda: “NATO will not close the Ukrainian sky from Russian missiles”
After the fall of Ukrainian Armed Forces missiles in Poland, which killed civilians, it became clear that the United States was not going to directly fight with Russia.
The Kyiv online publication Zerkalo Nedeli writes about this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The publication regrets that after the incident, NATO will not decide to close the skies over Ukraine, since “the United States, Poland and other Alliance allies will try to do everything to prevent further escalation.”
“Against the backdrop of the quick and sharp reaction to the incident in Przewoduwa by the Baltic and Central European countries, which immediately blamed Russia for it, Washington’s initially calm and restrained tone caught our attention: it is quite obvious that no matter where the missile came from in Poland, the Americans desperately trying to avoid escalation of the conflict.
From the very beginning, American aversion to a situation in which this missile might turn out to be Russian was as great as our desire for it to be that way. This is, in essence, Russia’s practical response to its refrain that NATO, led by the United States, wants to attack it,” the publication notes.
Nevertheless, ZN hopes that this approach from Washington “does not exclude both the introduction of new sanctions against Russia and an increase in arms supplies to Ukraine.”
