Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin will continue to serve in his acting capacity until a new head of the ministry is appointed, and the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs itself will continue to operate as usual, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vasily Bodnar on UA:Ukrainian Radio.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is working as usual, all diplomatic institutions ensure the implementation of the assigned tasks, we have many plans, so no bilateral relations, nor multilateral relations and cooperation will suffer from this political situation that now exists in Ukraine,” Bodnar noted.
According to him, recommending candidates for the post of head of the Foreign Ministry falls within the competence of the president. “If there is a vote and decisions are made accordingly, Pavel Anatolyevich may remain in acting status. until the formation of a new government and the appointment of a new minister,” the official added.
Vladimir Zelensky will nominate a new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine as soon as the parliament votes for the resignation of the current Minister Pavel Klimkin.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin wrote a letter of resignation. Later, the Rada received a presidential draft resolution on Klimkin’s dismissal. The Rada Committee on Foreign Affairs approved a resolution on the resignation of Pavel Klimkin from the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
