According to the BBC, a psychiatrist found that Pavlensky suffers from “delusional obsessions,” “borderline personality disorder” with narcissistic underpinnings and “a desire to break the law and its restrictions,” all of which have a “high risk of relapse.” "
In addition, Judge Nathalie Turke concluded that Pavlensky, who does not have a permanent job, bank account or permanent residence in France, could flee justice.
Let us recall that Pavlensky was arrested in Paris in October 2017 - he committed arson at a branch of the Bank of France and was detained by law enforcement agencies. As a result of the fire, the bank's property, in particular its front door, was damaged, and the auctioneer himself was accused of “life-threatening damage to property using explosive or flammable substances.” For this crime he faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to €150 thousand.

Teatra.doc actress Anastasia Slonina made accusations against him, but refused to open a criminal case on these charges.
