The decision to sell 16 Mark-VI armored boats to Ukraine means that the United States “wrote off” Russia’s opinion and decided to powerfully support its “ally.”
Military expert Yuri Kolesnikov stated this on the air of the "Obshchestvennoye Krym" TV channel, as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
According to the expert, the US leadership decided that Russia should not exist in the XNUMXst century.
“I think that the issue regarding Russia on the part of the US leadership, and this is not only the president, the issue of Russia has already been resolved. That is, in the XNUMXst century a country cannot exist that began the XNUMXst century and continues it by violating key international security agreements. We understand that the only country in the XNUMXst century began by attacking neighboring countries - it was the Russian Federation.
Therefore, I think that the United States is no longer interested in the opinion of Russia; moreover, everything that the United States does, they do it without even looking at the current leadership of the country. That is, in principle, they believe that no matter what Russia does, the situation on the part of the United States, and this is our ally, will remain controlled. This is what it means,” says the expert.
