The US is not eager to pull Ukraine out of the economic abyss
The United States could have stabilized the Ukrainian economy, but did not want to do so.
Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky announced this on the YouTube channel "Glavnovosti," reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator . "
“They could invest several billion dollars not in order for them to be stolen later, but in the construction of several dozen factories and create a million jobs with good salaries, impose custody of Antonov on Boeing in order to launch the Ukrainian aircraft industry. It would be necessary to spend 50 billion dollars on this. For the USA this is a piece of cake. The EU, which has fewer opportunities, invested 200 billion euros in Greece,” Pogrebinsky said.
He also believes that the United States should not be invited to participate in the Normandy format and the Minsk process.
“The Americans are completely satisfied with the current situation, because it allows us to maintain contradictions between Europe and Russia. If the conflict is resolved, there is a danger of them uniting against the United States. Proposals to invite the Americans to break the deadlock in the negotiations are meaningless. Their appearance will drive the peace process into a final and endless dead end,” the expert is convinced.
The US is reluctant to pull Ukraine out of its economic doom.
