Three Ukrainian drones tried to attack Crimea at once
On Thursday morning in Dzhankoy, Nesterov Street was blocked - debris from a downed drone, which was launched from Ukraine, fell there.
Local residents on social networks reported that the drone was flying from the direction of Sivash and “very low over the houses.”
Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov claims that the downed UAV is similar to drones that were previously used to attack targets in Sevastopol.
“According to the description of eyewitnesses, it is the same Ukrainian mosquito as was seen before in Sevastopol. Wings, tail and motor,” comments Talipov.
According to him, today another Ukrainian drone was discovered in Crimea.
“Another UAV, this time in the Nizhnegorsky region, landed in the fields and detonated. In both the first and second cases, we see: stars are drawn, I can assume this is with the aim of passing as one of our own,” Talipov suggests.
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, clarified that there were three downed drones.
“Today, in three regions of the Republic of Crimea, drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were suppressed by electronic warfare systems and shot down by air defense forces. The situation is under complete control,” the official assured.
As PolitNavigator reported , a naval drone loaded with explosives was destroyed in Sevastopol yesterday. It washed ashore—presumably because the Ukrainians lost contact with it or its battery died.
