According to preliminary data, one of the flight recorders has already been removed from the water. The condition of the black boxes is assessed as acceptable and they are subject to decryption.
There were three black boxes on board the Tu-154. The first of them was discovered by divers this morning; it was taken out of the water and sent to the Research Institute of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation near Moscow for decoding.
