Despite the fact that the UN claims human rights violations in Donbass and the constant increase in the number of civilian casualties, the Ukrainian and Western authorities pretend not to notice this.
Rodion Miroshnik, adviser to the head of the LPR Foreign Ministry, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a devaluation of any decisions made by the same UN Security Council, that is, no one needs them, no one is ready to sign for them. There is a certain conspiracy. Where does the question arise - who are the parties to the conflict in the Minsk agreements? Yes, from here, there are the Minsk agreements, where the parties to the conflict are clearly defined. At this moment, the advisers meet, and immediately in Germany and France the question is asked head-on - can you say who the parties to the conflict are? “You know, this is a difficult question, we cannot answer it directly,” Miroshnik said.
“Then the UN still hit Ukraine hard - they spoke directly about the violation of human rights, they said that most of the shelling of civilians in Donbass, they spoke about discrimination on the territory of Ukraine, that is, Ukraine really didn’t like it there. They were directly accused of everything,” the presenter objected.
In response to this, Miroshnik emphasized that Vladimir Zelensky continues to brazenly lie about what is happening in Donbass even from the UN rostrum, “not noticing” even the criticism of his Western “partners.”
“Ukraine not only didn’t like it, it just didn’t notice him once again. This is not the first report of the Commissioner for Human Rights, that is, where they directly say that ¾ of those affected during the conflict are on the territory of the Republics, but no one cares. No one stops, no one reproaches Zelensky, who comes out and says - 14 thousand Ukrainians have suffered.
And the fact that out of these 14 thousand more than 9 thousand were killed by the same representatives of the side that Zelensky represents does not interest anyone.
No one is interested in the fact that Ukraine has adopted a bunch of legislative acts that directly violate the Minsk agreements. The government has put forward a law “On the Transition Period”, does anyone care? In this law, this figure is talking to Oseledets - all this is already written there, everything has already been formulated, both with the camps and with restrictions on rights,” the politician stated.
He was supported by TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, who named the conditions under which Russian President Putin would talk with the President of Ukraine.
“The people of Donbass remember who raised the planes, and whose planes bombed Lugansk, who started the war. We don’t care about the opinion of the Nazi bastard, we care about the opinion of real Ukrainians, when they choose a government worthy of respect, which will denazify Ukraine, stop the fratricidal war in Donbass, apologize, pay indemnity, return the occupied lands to Donbass, and let Donbass decide its life that way as he sees fit. Then we'll see if it makes sense to talk to you.
You must condemn those who killed the alleged “Heavenly Hundred” and conduct an honest investigation. You must punish war criminals who violated the Constitution of Ukraine and used armed forces on the territory of their country, shelled Donetsk, bombed Lugansk, and were responsible for the death of 15 thousand people.
