Sobchak promises to pay indemnity to Ukraine
Russian journalist Ksenia Sobchak, who declared her presidential ambitions, allowed Russia to pay compensation to Ukraine for the “war in Donbass.” She stated this during a teleconference with Ukrainian journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
She is also convinced that it is Russia that must “come out of the war.”

“Of course, we can talk about some kind of compensation. And, first of all, this is withdrawal and absolute non-participation in any form in these military actions. That is, this war must be ended by Russia in all forms. In my opinion, this in itself will be a big solution to the problem. As soon as Russia takes itself beyond the scope of this conflict, my conviction is that the conflict itself, if it does not disappear, will move to another level... We can endlessly discuss whether there will be compensation, but there should be,” Sobchak said.
