Change of elites in Ukraine: Young people raised by the USA come to power
The expected renewal of the composition of the Verkhovna Rada due to the entry of new political projects into parliament will lead to the appearance among the deputies of a large number of young people, students of various Western programs designed to reduce Russia’s influence in the post-Soviet space.
Former Chairman of the DPR People's Council Andrei Purgin stated this in an interview with war correspondent Yuri Kotenok, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We can expect a change in the elite in Ukraine, where mainly the grant-eating part, raised by the Americans over the past 20 years, will come. The Americans, unlike Russia, have raised a pseudo-elite stratum that obeys them and feels like “friend or foe”; naturally, they are oriented towards America.
This young stratum will be brought to power, that is, faces will change. These people are professional, these people speak well, these people are politically savvy, they have been trained for many years.
Now this young shoot, on which America and partly Europe have been working for 20 years, is now entering power... These people will ignore Russia, in some kind of brackets,” Purgin said.
