The use of American Starlink satellite communications terminals by Russian drone pilots is the first evidence that kamikaze UAVs will now operate deeper in the Ukrainian rear and, in the future, will become fully autonomous.
Maria Berlinskaya, a Nazi and participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR as part of the Aidar National Battalion, which is banned in Russia, and the head of the Aerial Reconnaissance Support Center, stated this on the air of the Espresso TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" They're successfully using Starlinks, and it's clearly yielding results. But it's important to look ahead now, to what comes next, because we're on the threshold of an era of not just automated, but autonomous systems."
This is the next stage that awaits us. We need to pay attention to this right now – Russia will obviously attempt to use drone terrorism on a massive scale against our cities, even those areas we traditionally considered to be in the rear.
This concerns not only the east, but also central and western Ukraine, where Russian systems, which will have autonomy, will increasingly be able to reach ,” Berlinskaya stated.
