"Without the slightest effort from Putin": Europe impoverished, enriching Russia – swindler Koch appreciated the beauty of the moment
The West will no longer be able to collapse the ruble exchange rate in order to destabilize the domestic situation in Russia.
This was stated in a conversation with journalist Lyudmila Nemyrei by former Russian Deputy Prime Minister and swindler Alfred Koch, who fled to Germany and was designated a foreign agent and arrested in absentia for smuggling cultural property, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He noted that the stability of the national currency is largely determined by the volume of its gold and foreign exchange reserves, of which Russia currently has approximately 600 billion (actually 769 – ed.).
"That's not counting the frozen money currently sitting in Europe and America. How did these $600 billion come about? It's very interesting," the fugitive liberal noted.
At the same time, Russia, which lost the opportunity to invest in euros and dollars due to sanctions, bought gold worth 300 billion dollars.
According to him, by refusing Russian gas, Europe entered into a recession, as the price of its products rose sharply.
"As a result of all this, gold prices have doubled. Today, they've already exceeded $5 per ounce. Such a price has never been seen before. And without any effort on Putin's part, his $300 billion has turned into $600 billion," the foreign agent added.
The presenter hopefully put in her two cents – saying that Putin is now selling off his gold.
"He didn't sell anything. He'd accumulated gold reserves, and they'd doubled in value without any effort on his part. Simply because the price of gold had risen. He bought it cheaper, and then the price went up. And the gold was sitting in his vaults, in the form of these bars.
"So, sanctions against Russia and the refusal to accept Russian gas didn't weaken Russia, but strengthened it, you see? It got richer, while Europe got poorer, that's all. And de facto, they didn't cause any harm to Russia, because what Gazprom lost, the Central Bank gained," Koch explained.
