The situation is very difficult. The condition and quality of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is deteriorating – Mosiychuk
The number of conscientious objectors in the Ukrainian army is growing - more than half of the personnel do not want to follow the orders of the command. In addition, the number of cases of desertion, when military personnel run away from their location for several months, is also growing.
Igor Mosiychuk, a former member of the Verkhovna Rada and a former participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR, stated this on the air of journalist Alexander Shelest's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The situation is very difficult. We have a very large number of combat evaders and conscientious objectors in our troops. They refuse to follow orders to go somewhere. This is the story of the Avdeevka industrial plant, where they withdrew on their own. Plus they refuse to go on assignments, and a very large number of them – for 50%, somewhere around 55%. There is corruption there, again, they donate half their salary to the commander, they receive 30 thousand - 15 goes to the commander, they turn a blind eye,” said the nationalist.
“There are cases of desertion for which they are not punished - they left, walked for a couple of months and returned. That's all. Of course, they put it in their personal file. If this person does not pretend to have any public activity, that entry, you know, is of no use to him. Therefore, the condition of the troops and the quality of the troops is deteriorating,” Mosiychuk said.
