The head of the city administration, Gennady Bakharev, announced this on Monday at a press conference in Simferopol.

According to him, as part of the reform of the housing and communal services sector, all heads of utility companies will be replaced.

“I’ll get ahead of events and say that none of the previous managers of the housing and communal services sector will work. We will take into account their experience, but this was not the approach,” Bakharev said.
