This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Expert Council analytical center, Ukrainian political scientist Iskander Khisamov.

“The same operation to rescue our mountaineering tourists in Nepal showed the whole gamut of Ukraine’s problems,” the expert noted. – Economic incapacity, lack of technological base. They simply couldn’t find a decent plane throughout the vast country. Then they made terrible managerial decisions and allocated money. And Shkiryak also took journalists with him. It would be better if he took search dogs or more tents. Everything here is a picture of disorganization and degradation of the Ukrainian political elite. Its inadequacy is shown in all guises and spheres.”
