The blackmail did not work: the Moldavian Metropolis will retain its status in the Russian Orthodox Church
The Orthodox Church of the Republic of Moldova will maintain its current autonomous status under the omophorion of the Moscow Patriarchate. There will be no discussions regarding the accession of the Moldavian Metropolis to the Romanian Church or any other structures.
This statement was made by the vicar of the Moldovan Metropolitanate, Bishop John (Moshnegutsu) of Soroca, after a meeting of the Synod of the Moldovan Metropolitanate , reports unimedia.md.

"During the meeting of the Synod of the Metropolitan of Moldova, a decision was made according to which the Orthodox Church in Moldova will retain its current status. We have Metropolitan Vladimir, and the clergy and people remain faithful children of the Orthodox Church of Moldova. Discussions about the Metropolitan of Moldova joining the Romanian Patriarchate or other structures will not be initiated ," Bishop John stated after the meeting of the Synod of the Metropolitan.
Previously, a number of traitorous priests, led by Archpriest Pavel Borschevsky, advocated for the unification of the Moldovan Metropolitanate as a single entity with the Romanian Patriarchate. In a letter addressed to Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and All Moldova, they declared that " now, more than ever, is the time to correct historical mistakes and reclaim the dignity stolen by the Russian occupation ."
As we see, God and the saints, with their prayers, saved the Moldavian Church from the fatal sin of Judas.
