The Sevastopol court closed the private kindergarten "Leopold"

Simferopol, February 12 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) - The court in Sevastopol made a decision on the claim of the prosecutor of the Leninsky district to ban the activities of a private kindergarten - the Leopold children's club.

This was reported by the press service of the city prosecutor's office.

The statement of claim was filed against the entrepreneur who organized the operation of the mini-kindergarten based on the results of a December prosecutor’s inspection, during which it was established that the said kindergarten was operating without a license.

In addition, work on raising and educating children was carried out in an institution in violation of federal legislation on education and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

Agreeing with the prosecutor's arguments, the court's decision satisfied the claims in full and banned the educational activities of the private kindergarten.
