Sevastopol said goodbye to the hero who died in Mariupol
In Sevastopol, they said goodbye to another soldier of the 810th Separate Guards Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet.
Sailor of the assault battalion Vitaly Karetnik was seen off on his final journey, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Vitaly Evgenievich was born in Donetsk. Since 2020, he served under a contract as a gunner-assistant grenade launcher in the air assault platoon of military unit 13140, said Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. – He died heroically in Mariupol, while ensuring the blockade of nationalists at Azovstal.
Let us recall that the commander of the 810th Separate Guards Order of Zhukov Marine Brigade, Colonel Alexey Sharov, also died in Mariupol.
