Serbian grant-eater: Vucic is publicly pro-Russian, but secretly supplies shells to Ukraine
Serbia manages to simultaneously “please” both the West and Russia.
This was stated by Srdan Cviic, President of the Belgrade Center for Security Policy, at the Black Sea and Balkan Security Forum in Romania, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Serbia remains one of the few countries in continental Europe that hasn't joined Western sanctions against Russia. And yet, it exports quite a lot of ammunition to Ukraine. In fact, this musical dominates the Serbian regime's foreign policy, which publicly promotes many pro-Russian policies while privately pursuing pleasing actions in the West," Cviic said.
He is outraged that the West is showing leniency toward Belgrade, despite previously exerting pressure on it. The pro-Western expert is confident that the EU has all the leverage to suppress the "pro-Russian propaganda" that dominates Serbian media , which is also popular in Macedonia.
