“In one of the popular chains in Poltava, on the cheapest day of the sale, the price of things rose for a short period from 7 UAH per kilogram to 50,” writes the publication Vpoltava.info.
“We ourselves are in shock!” – sellers respond to the indignation of potential buyers.
As PolitNavigator reported, retailers previously announced an increase in prices for new clothes and assumed that some chain stores would leave the Ukrainian market. At the same time, small traders, especially in Western Ukraine, began to indicate price tags in euros and dollars.
Second-hand clothes for Ukrainians have become seven times more expensive.
